SheCodes Online Instructor

SheCodes is a global leader in empowering women with technology skills. With a mission to bridge the gender gap in tech, we’ve transformed the lives of 250,000+ women worldwide by teaching coding and other in-demand digital skills. To expand our reach, we're seeking experienced and passionate industry experts to join us as online instructors in areas such as Coding, AI, Leadership, and Design. As an instructor, you’ll help guide the next generation of women into high-demand tech careers.

As an Online Instructor at SheCodes, you’ll play a pivotal role in teaching and inspiring women in your area of expertise. This is a part-time, fully remote role, ideal for seasoned professionals with hands-on experience and a passion for teaching. You’ll lead three-week courses that are part of a cohort-based, interactive learning platform with live hangouts, community Q&A, challenges, and an engaging support network.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and deliver engaging three-week online courses in your subject area.
• Create and deliver a structured syllabus, setting clear learning objectives.
• Support learners with real-world, project-based challenges and assignments.
• Facilitate live sessions, community Q&A, and interactive discussions.
• Collaborate with the SheCodes team to continuously improve course content.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in your area of expertise
• Teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply
• Passion for empowering others through education and skills development
