This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a ServiceNow Solution Architect - CSM in India.
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Customer Service Management (CSM) solutions. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams and enterprise clients to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. You will mentor and guide engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and internal standards while delivering high-quality solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The role requires hands-on experience with CSM, ITSM, FSM modules, and integrations, along with strong problem-solving skills and technical leadership. This is an opportunity to shape enterprise ServiceNow environments, contribute to large-scale projects, and drive innovation in service delivery.
Accountabilities:
· Lead the design, architecture, and implementation of ServiceNow CSM solutions, aligning with business requirements.
· Mentor and coach software engineers on technical approaches, coding standards, and best practices.
· Gather system requirements from end-users and stakeholders to define solutions that meet functional and technical needs.
· Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow modules including CSM, ITSM, FSM, and custom applications.
· Maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using SOAP, REST, and automated workflows.
· Participate in platform upgrades, patching, performance optimization, and data migrations.
· Document technical designs, workflows, issue resolutions, and promote knowledge sharing across teams.
Requirements
· 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation, including CSM/FSM and custom applications.
· At least 5 years’ experience in software development involving ServiceNow CSM/FSM products.
· Minimum 3 years in an architect or technical lead role.
· Strong experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, and FSM.
· Proficient in scripting, integrations, and ServiceNow development tools including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Builder, Scripted REST APIs, and Script Includes.
· Solid understanding of security frameworks, compliance standards, and risk management practices.
· Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and solutions, conduct testing, demos, and end-user training.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
· Preferred certifications: CSA (Certified System Administrator), CIS–CSM / CIS–FSM, CAD (Certified Application Developer).
