We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Workspace Support Engineer to manage and optimize cloud-based workspaces for enterprise customers. This role focuses on delivering technical support, implementing best practices, and ensuring seamless operation of cloud environments. You will work closely with IT, engineering, and customer teams to resolve complex issues, streamline workflows, and provide proactive guidance. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical expertise with strong problem-solving and communication skills to enhance user productivity and system reliability. Accountabilities:

·        Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for cloud workspace environments, resolving complex technical issues.

·        Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to deploy, configure, and optimize workspace solutions.

·        Monitor system performance and implement preventive measures to maintain high availability.

·        Document processes, create guides, and deliver training to end-users and internal teams.

·        Assist in planning and executing workspace migrations, updates, and integrations.

·        Continuously identify opportunities to improve support processes, automation, and efficiency.

·        Act as a technical escalation point for workspace-related incidents and service requests.

Requirements

·        5+ years of experience in technical support or systems administration, with a focus on cloud-based workspace solutions.

·        Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or similar.

·        Experience with identity and access management, security policies, and endpoint management.

·        Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

·        Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

·        Experience with scripting, automation, or IT workflow optimization is a plus.

·        Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
