This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Vice President, Product Implementation in the United States.

In this executive role, you will lead the strategy, delivery, and operational excellence of all product implementations across a fast-growing healthcare technology ecosystem. You will be responsible for defining and executing the full implementation lifecycle — from solution design to measurable business impact — while ensuring clients achieve maximum value from every deployment. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will align technology, operations, and business outcomes to drive consistent success. Accountabilities

  • Define and execute a comprehensive product implementation strategy that ensures predictable, value-driven deployments.
  • Lead and scale three core organizations: Product SME, Business Value, and Functional Implementation teams.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and measurable value realization.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure alignment and seamless delivery.
  • Establish standardized methodologies, governance frameworks, and KPIs to ensure consistency and quality across all implementations.
  • Oversee portfolio management for multiple ongoing projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Partner with business value teams to quantify economic value added (EVA) and track post-implementation performance and adoption.
  • Foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous learning, and customer-centric innovation across the implementation organization.

Requirements

  • At least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in product implementation, enterprise delivery, or professional services — ideally within healthcare or complex SaaS environments.
  • Proven success managing large-scale, multi-product implementation portfolios with measurable client and financial outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems, payer/provider processes, and technology-enabled transformation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program governance, risk management, and operational scalability.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience translating business outcomes into EVA, ROI, or KPI metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive influencing skills across technical and business audiences.
  • Strategic and execution-oriented mindset, capable of leading teams through complexity and change.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or Engineering required; Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) preferred.
