Senior UI/UX Designer (Remote - US)

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define design requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure user-centered solutions that drive efficiency and engagement. You will influence design strategy, maintain style guides, and work with developers to bring concepts to life while staying ahead of industry trends. Accountabilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define UI/UX requirements.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design activities.
• Maintain design guidelines, templates, and style guides for consistency across products.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies, applying insights to enhance the design process.
• Support continuous integration and delivery practices by iterating on design solutions efficiently.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or enterprise application design.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Expertise with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
• Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills emphasizing clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Relevant industry certifications are desirable.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
