We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join a dynamic AI-driven engineering team focused on building enterprise-ready incident management and alerting solutions. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain backend services, collaborate closely with product, design, and customer-facing teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our platform. You will help deliver robust, scalable features while championing engineering best practices, mentoring peers, and responding to critical production issues. Accountabilities:

·         Design, develop, and maintain server-side applications to enhance incident response and alerting workflows.

·         Participate actively in engineering ceremonies, code reviews, product walkthroughs, and customer feedback sessions.

·         Collaborate with customer-facing teams to understand user needs, define edge cases, and deliver practical, well-designed solutions.

·         Respond to critical production incidents through shared on-call rotation.

·         Promote engineering best practices, maintain high code quality, and mentor team members.

·         Contribute to iterative improvements in the product and development processes.

·         5–8 years of backend software development experience with Go, Ruby on Rails, and/or React.

·         Proven experience delivering projects successfully in remote or hybrid team environments.

·         Strong problem-solving skills, self-starter attitude, and ability to handle challenging technical issues.

·         Passion for writing maintainable, high-quality code and continuous improvement.

·         Customer-focused mindset with curiosity about product and end-user needs.

·         Excellent communication skills and proactive collaboration.
