We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer (.Net) to join a high-impact team delivering innovative software solutions for complex multi-channel systems. In this role, you will develop and maintain both front-end and back-end applications, building scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, code quality standards, and ensure seamless integration with relational databases and APIs. Accountabilities:

·         Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using .Net, Angular/React, and REST APIs.

·         Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

·         Conduct thorough code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.

·         Analyze system requirements and implement technical solutions aligned with business goals.

·         Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

·         Contribute to improving development processes, coding standards, and team knowledge sharing.

·         Support federal programs with software solutions that directly impact operational effectiveness.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.

·         5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience with strong coding fundamentals and design patterns.

·         3+ years of .Net development experience, including REST API creation.

·         3+ years of front-end development with Angular or React (React preferred).

·         2+ years working with SQL databases and ORM technologies such as Entity Framework.

·         1+ year of Agile/Scrum methodology experience.

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and reside in the United States.

Preferred Skills:

·         Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.

·         Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and federal project requirements.
