Position Overview
Laba Group is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join our Global team. In this role, you will act as a strategic talent advisor while also being hands-on with sourcing, pipeline management, and process improvement.
This is a full-time remote position.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for all roles inside the Laba Group;
- Mentor junior recruiters;
- Partner closely with department heads to forecast hiring needs and prioritize requisitions;
- Own vacancy kick-offs, pipeline strategy, sourcing, screening, and offer management;
- Implement and refine recruitment processes, tools, and best practices;
- Monitor and analyze key recruitment KPIs and metrics;
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience from the first to final stages of the process;
- Assist with integration and optimization of ATS systems; ensure recruitment funnel stages are clearly defined, consistent and measurable;
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives in collaboration with respective functions.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 4+ years of overall experience in recruitment;
- Proven success in hiring for multiple functions (e.g., production, marketing, sales, etc.);
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiating, and influencing skills;
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, interview frameworks, and assessment techniques;
- Hands-on experience with modern ATS platforms and recruitment analytics (preferably pinpoint ATS, Workable).
Nice to have:
- Experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment (startups, EdTech, IT, or similar);
- Familiarity with recruitment automation and AI-powered tools;
- Experience working across multiple countries or markets;
- Interest or experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing.
