Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design and development of enterprise-wide training programs, including high-impact and complex initiatives.
  • Mentor and guide instructional designers, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and innovation across the learning team.
  • Develop modern, engaging learning experiences using tools such as video production and eLearning modules.
  • Partner with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure learning initiatives are scalable, consistent, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and adherence to organizational goals.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging learning technologies and instructional strategies to enhance learner engagement and retention.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in advanced instructional design and eLearning software (e.g., Articulate, Captivate, Rise).
  • Strong understanding of SCORM, xAPI, and LMS integration standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and execute large-scale, complex training initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills.
  • Creative, innovative, and detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality learning solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
