Accountabilities:

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities and prioritize product enhancements.
  • Manage product releases, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch performance analysis.
  • Create detailed user personas and requirements documentation to align product features with customer needs.
  • Oversee and prioritize escalations or critical customer issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Track industry trends and innovations to forecast performance and maintain product leadership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS product management.
  • Strong background in PropTech, MortgageTech, financial services, or transactional platforms (preferred).
  • Demonstrated success in product innovation and cross-functional project management.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Solid understanding of UX design principles, experimentation methods, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
