This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of containerized software products used by developers and security teams worldwide. You will work closely with engineering partners and customers to define the product strategy, roadmap, and deliver iterative improvements that unlock value and growth. Success in this role requires technical depth, hands-on execution, and an ability to translate customer needs into innovative solutions. You will lead projects from concept to launch, measure outcomes, and adjust direction based on quantitative and qualitative feedback. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as engineering, UX, and product marketing is key. Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize customer impact, and are passionate about simplifying developer workflows.

Accountabilities:

  • Define, own, and execute the product strategy and roadmap for container-focused products.
  • Lead end-to-end product development projects from ideation through launch, maintenance, and improvement.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to inform product decisions and iterate quickly.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, and Product Marketing teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Represent the product externally to customers, partners, and industry analysts.
  • Prioritize features and resources to maximize customer value and impact.
  • Ensure alignment between product vision, technical feasibility, and business goals.

Requirements

  • Strong technical background, with prior experience as a developer or in systems, networks, or related technical fields.
  • Proven experience in product management, particularly with developer tools, containerized applications, or security-focused products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience engaging directly with customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects, take ownership, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with both quantitative and qualitative data to guide decisions.
  • Adaptability and comfort with evolving priorities and customer needs.
  • Bonus: Linux software packaging, container image building, or familiarity with regulatory frameworks (FedRAMP, STIGs, FIPS).
