You will manage multiple communication channels, develop content for both internal and external audiences, and oversee strategic campaigns. Accountabilities:

• Lead strategic communication campaigns that align with IT initiatives and organizational goals.
• Develop and execute communication plans for projects, updates, and technology rollouts.
• Create clear, engaging content for newsletters, emails, one-pagers, reports, intranet portals, and collaboration tools.
• Manage and enhance intranet platforms and other communication channels, incorporating AI and cross-platform tools.
• Serve as a liaison between IT teams and business units to ensure consistent messaging.
• Partner with leadership to identify communication needs, gather feedback, and measure engagement effectiveness.
• Support training efforts by developing materials and announcements for system upgrades or new technologies.
• Draft timely communications during incidents, outages, or cybersecurity events.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, IT, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in communications, including at least 5 years in IT or technology-focused roles.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate technical language into plain language.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and other digital communication tools (e.g., Workshop, Synthesia, Hootsuite, Easy Generator).
• Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with IT concepts, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.
• Experience creating content strategies, managing internal communications, and tracking engagement metrics.
• Self-starter with a growth mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Demonstrated professional poise, tact, and diplomacy in handling sensitive information and stakeholder interactions.
