  • Develop internal tooling to enhance engineering productivity and optimize developer experience.
  • Drive operational excellence through sustainable incident response practices and blameless post-incident reviews.
  • Design and maintain effective monitoring and alerting strategies for network and system performance.
  • Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability and rapid issue resolution.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or equivalent practical experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (preferred) and/or Bash scripting.
  • Expertise in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or Pulumi.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS and/or GCP services and networking fundamentals.
  • Experience working in Linux environments, with strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to mentor peers and lead technical discussions.
  • Proven ability to scope, execute, and deliver complex technical projects independently.
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare, security, or machine learning environments, as well as familiarity with OpenTelemetry, Graylog, Spark, or regulated systems (e.g., HIPAA).
