Senior Graphic Designer (Remote - India)

In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and elevating the visual identity of the organization through compelling, high-quality design work. You will lead creative projects from concept to execution across digital marketing campaigns, product launches, presentations, and social media platforms. Your designs will translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals that resonate with audiences and drive business impact. Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and growth teams, you will ensure brand consistency while innovating on design approaches using tools like AI, motion, and 3D design. You will also help develop scalable design systems and mentor peers, promoting design excellence across the team. This role is ideal for a creative, detail-oriented designer passionate about storytelling through visuals in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Accountabilities:

• Lead and execute visual design projects across web, ads, presentations, and social platforms from concept to delivery.
• Develop and evolve visual identity systems to ensure brand consistency and impact.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, content, and growth teams to translate complex concepts into persuasive, on-brand designs.
• Create scalable design systems, templates, and illustration libraries to streamline production.
• Explore and implement innovative design tools and workflows, including AI, motion, and 3D design.
• Advocate for design quality, present creative work confidently, and mentor junior designers.

• 5+ years of experience in visual, brand, or communication design with a strong portfolio demonstrating craft, storytelling, and B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• Expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite; motion graphics or 3D design skills are a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and adaptable design skills across multiple formats.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
