Senior Fullstack React Engineer (Remote - Latam)

As a Senior Fullstack React Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to deliver high-quality solutions and ensure best practices in code and architecture. This role offers the opportunity to drive technical decisions, optimize performance, and mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Accountabilities

• Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React and modern backend technologies.
• Design and implement robust APIs and integrate them with front-end components.
• Ensure code quality through best practices, testing, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full stack.
• Drive technical decisions and contribute to architectural improvements.
• Mentor junior developers and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience working with React and Redux.
• 2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a team of 5 or more engineers.
• 2+ years of experience with backend technologies such as C# or Ruby on Rails.
• Experience with Docker, containers, services/microservices.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) to effectively communicate with US clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote environment.
