Senior Full Stack Developer (Remote - US)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development of client-facing software solutions in a dynamic and fast-growing environment. You will have the opportunity to shape the technology strategy, architect scalable systems, and implement innovative solutions that directly impact clients and business growth. The role combines hands-on coding with mentorship responsibilities, enabling you to influence both product quality and the development team’s growth. You will work across the full stack, integrating modern frameworks, cloud services, and DevOps practices to deliver high-performance, reliable software.

Accountabilities:

·         Lead full-stack development of client-facing features, ensuring seamless integration with third-party products and libraries.

·         Serve as a technical subject matter expert on front-end architecture, service-oriented middleware, data models, and database design.

·         Define and execute a technology strategy to scale software for growing business demands.

·         Improve development velocity and code quality, reducing technical debt and creating reusable components and frameworks.

·         Mentor engineers, QA members, and product managers through all stages of feature development, testing, rollout, and iteration.

·         Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices in software architecture, testing, and deployment.

·         Proficiency in at least one object-oriented/general-purpose programming language (C#/Java, Python, PHP).

·         Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns including caching, full-text search, authentication/authorization, logging, and monitoring.

·         Experience integrating with REST APIs and familiarity with AWS services (S3, RDS, ElasticCache, Route53, CloudTrail, CloudWatch, ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, Step Functions, Textract).

·         Solid experience with web technologies such as ASP.NET MVC, Laravel, AngularJS, React, jQuery, JavaScript.

·         Familiarity with DevOps tools like Bitbucket, Docker, Terraform, and experience with agile SDLC processes (SCRUM, backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives).

·         Proven ability to mentor and influence teams, conduct technical reviews, and resolve complex technical challenges.

·         Hands-on experience with unit testing, integration testing, automated regression tests, and performance/load testing.
