We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead and grow high-performing product engineering teams. In this role, you will set technical direction, guide strategy, and cultivate a results-driven culture that delivers sustainable business impact. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including product and customer-facing teams, to prioritize initiatives and ensure high-quality product delivery. Your leadership will influence foundational engineering processes, including onboarding, career development frameworks, and execution methodologies, enabling the organization to scale efficiently. This role offers the opportunity to shape engineering culture, mentor managers, and contribute to a fast-growing, high-impact environment. You will also drive strategic initiatives that improve workflow, efficiency, and product excellence across multiple teams.

Accountabilities:

·         Lead and mentor engineering managers and teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.

·         Define technical strategy and direction for product engineering initiatives aligned with business priorities.

·         Collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to deliver high-value products and infrastructure.

·         Oversee complex, long-term projects involving multiple teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

·         Establish and scale foundational processes, including recruitment, onboarding, career development, and execution frameworks.

·         Drive engineering-wide initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and organizational capability.

·         Act as a key decision-maker, balancing speed, quality, and ambiguity to achieve impactful outcomes.

Requirements

·         5+ years of experience in a full-time engineering management role leading product teams.

·         Experience managing teams of 15-20+ engineers with direct reports who are managers or team leads.

·         Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team projects successfully.

·         Experience developing or driving engineering-wide initiatives such as recruiting processes or career frameworks.

·         Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and influence effectively under ambiguity.

·         Excellent communication, storytelling, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.

·         Demonstrated ability to coach, mentor, and grow engineering talent while maintaining a high-performance culture.
