Senior Data Scientist (Remote - US)

In this role, you will develop and deploy advanced AI and machine learning solutions that directly impact enterprise operations and customer experiences. You will design interpretable, reliable, and scalable AI systems, including generative models and agentic AI frameworks, to solve complex problems. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with engineers, policy experts, and business stakeholders to integrate AI into production systems responsibly. You will influence strategic decision-making with data-driven insights, lead initiatives across MLOps and DevOps pipelines, and contribute to shaping AI solutions that are safe, ethical, and high-performing. Accountabilities:

• Design and develop advanced AI solutions using Python, computer vision, and generative models like LLMs and diffusion models.
• Build agentic AI systems to support autonomous reasoning and decision-making processes.
• Integrate AI solutions into enterprise systems and workflows, ensuring scalability, reliability, and compliance.
• Collaborate with engineering, MLOps, and DevOps teams to implement best practices for model deployment and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain complex machine learning models, algorithms, and data pipelines.
• Generate reports, models, and presentations to communicate insights and support strategic business decisions.

• Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field; Ph.D. preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in research, ML engineering, or applied research roles focused on production-ready AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI system design and generative AI models.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data analysis/data mining tools.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Familiarity with high-performance, large-scale ML systems, language modeling with transformers, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience collaborating with MLOps and DevOps teams for production deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
