Senior Data Scientist I (Remote - US)

Accountabilities:

• Build, implement, and optimize machine learning models and AI features to solve complex business challenges.
• Perform advanced data analysis, statistical modeling, and data visualization to extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive strategic business decisions.
• Guide the development and deployment of AI solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices in machine learning and NLP.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data science processes, methodologies, and workflows.
• Mentor and support junior data scientists, providing guidance on technical approaches and project execution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective integration of AI solutions.

• Master’s or Doctorate in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data science, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with strong proficiency in Python, R, or other relevant programming languages.
• Deep understanding of AI and NLP techniques, algorithms, and practical applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior team members in data science and machine learning best practices.
• Ability to work independently in a flexible, remote-friendly environment while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with ethical AI practices and multi-model approaches is a plus.
