About the role
Join Mable as a Senior Analyst, Data & Insights and put data at the centre of driving impact. In this role, you’ll dig into complex business and product challenges, uncover insights, and translate them into clear recommendations and prototypes that shape real outcomes. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where your work makes a tangible difference.
All about you:
- 3+ years of experience turning data into actionable insights that drive decisions.
- Strong skills in Tableau (or similar tools) to design impactful dashboards and visualisations.
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear, compelling stories for non-technical audiences.
- A self-starter with initiative and ownership, able to deliver with autonomy.
- Collaborative and confident partnering with stakeholders across the business.
- A curious problem-solver with a solutions mindset, eager to tackle ambiguity and complexity.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where things move quickly.
- Most importantly, a positive, can-do attitude and a drive to make an impact.
