As a Senior Customer Solutions Architect, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, helping enterprise customers maximize value from cloud-native security and monitoring platforms. You will guide clients through onboarding, implementation, and technical enablement, addressing complex environments and unique challenges. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with strategic influence, allowing you to shape customer outcomes and contribute to product roadmap decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote, international setting while ensuring adoption, expansion, and operational success. Your impact will be felt across multiple large-scale deployments, improving performance, security, and reliability for critical enterprise workloads.
Accountabilities:
- Act as the primary technical advisor for customers, guiding them through platform adoption and implementation.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to influence the product roadmap based on customer requirements and feedback.
- Design, implement, and optimize technical solutions in complex enterprise environments, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Identify expansion opportunities and provide expert guidance to drive customer success and platform adoption.
- Conduct technical enablement sessions, onboarding, and training for customer teams.
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical challenges across cloud-native and SaaS environments.
- Maintain deep knowledge of cloud-native technologies, containers, Kubernetes, DevOps tooling, and security/monitoring solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, field engineering, sales engineering, customer success engineering, or DevOps consulting within SaaS environments.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native technologies including containers, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Proficiency with DevOps tools such as Terraform, Helm, and API scripting.
- Experience with security and monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Falco) is a plus.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and deliver technical solutions at scale.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in remote, international teams.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and a focus on driving measurable business outcomes.
