Requirements
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors (SF) Consultant – Onboarding to join our HR technology and transformation team. This role offers an opportunity to work on large-scale HR digitalization projects, implementing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors solutions with a primary focus on Onboarding and integration with other core HR modules.
You will play a key role in driving end-to-end onboarding solutions, enabling seamless employee lifecycle management, and ensuring alignment with HR and business objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals passionate about HR technology, process automation, and employee experience transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 / Onboarding 2.0 modules.
- Integrate onboarding with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central (EC) and PMGM / RCM / LMS as per project scope.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, analyze client needs, and translate them into effective onboarding workflows and data models.
- Configure and maintain business rules, templates, panels, and process flows in SuccessFactors Onboarding.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless data integration between Onboarding and downstream HR systems.
- Support testing activities including unit testing, UAT, regression testing, and go-live readiness.
- Provide production support and troubleshooting for onboarding and related modules post-implementation.
- Conduct end-user training and documentation, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and user adoption.
- Stay current with the latest SAP SuccessFactors releases, features, and best practices related to Onboarding.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring alignment of system functionality with HR business strategies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or support.
- Strong expertise in SuccessFactors Onboarding (1.0 or 2.0) with at least one full-cycle implementation.
- Experience with one or more module combinations:
- Onboarding + EC + PMGM, or
- Onboarding + EC + RCM, or
- Onboarding + EC + LMS
- SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding Certification is mandatory.
- Excellent understanding of HR processes, data management, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with integration tools such as SAP CPI, API, or middleware solutions.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Additional Requirements
- Maximum overall experience: up to 10 years.
- Notice period: up to 60 days.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and distributed teams is an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
