As a ServiceNow Developer focused on integrations, you will work on implementing REST/SOAP API-based connections, managing MID Server configurations, and developing custom connectors that enable effective communication between ServiceNow and SAP. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define integration strategies, and deliver optimized solutions that align with business goals.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and SAP systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Develop and customize ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and automation solutions using JavaScript and Glide APIs.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot MID Server to ensure secure and efficient data transfer.
  • Handle authentication setups including OAuth 2.0, Basic Auth, and certificate-based authentication for integration security.
  • Perform payload transformations, manage error handling, and monitor integration performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable, maintainable integration solutions.
  • Support ITSM and CMDB modules by enabling real-time data synchronization with SAP.
  • Document integration architectures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides for operational reference.
