Location: Remote

Stipend: Up to 15,000 INR (Fixed + Variable)

Duration: 6 months (with a potential for extension based on your amazing performance!)

Work Hours: 10AM to 7PM IST

Requirements

Why You Should Join Us:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Operations Intern to join our operations team. The candidate will be responsible for managing interview scheduling between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients across time zones.
  • Communicate interview details clearly — including timings, links, and panel information — to all parties involved.
  • Proactively handle rescheduling requests and update calendars promptly.
  • Ensure all scheduling tasks assigned for the day are completed within the same day.
  • Prepare and share daily or weekly reports on interviews scheduled, completed, and pending.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and client teams to troubleshoot scheduling conflicts efficiently.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Calendar, Sheets, Slack, and Airtable.
  • Prior experience in HR coordination, recruitment operations, or scheduling is a plus (not mandatory).
  • A proactive learner with a problem-solving mindset and a team-first attitude.
