This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Salesforce Full Circle Insights Integrator in India.
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the integration and optimization of Full Circle Insights within Salesforce environments. This role plays a pivotal part in enabling accurate marketing attribution, funnel metrics, and campaign performance tracking. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in Salesforce integration and marketing analytics, managing configurations to ensure seamless connections with Full Circle Insights and other third-party applications. The position offers a collaborative and dynamic environment where solutions directly impact business insights and marketing effectiveness. Remote work flexibility allows you to contribute from anywhere in India, with a preference for candidates based in Bangalore.
Accountabilities:
· Lead the integration of Full Circle Insights with Salesforce, ensuring smooth data flow and accurate attribution tracking.
· Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and IT teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that support campaign measurement and ROI analysis.
· Configure and customize Full Circle Insights to align with business objectives and Salesforce architecture.
· Develop and maintain integration workflows using Salesforce APIs, Apex, Visualforce, and middleware tools.
· Ensure data integrity and synchronization between Salesforce and connected applications.
· Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues to maintain optimal system performance.
· Provide training, guidance, and documentation for stakeholders on Full Circle Insights usage and best practices.
· Monitor and optimize funnel metrics, campaign attribution models, and reporting dashboards.
· Stay up-to-date with Salesforce and Full Circle Insights updates to recommend enhancements and ensure data governance compliance.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing Technology, or related field.
· 4+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and integration.
· 2+ years of experience implementing or managing Full Circle Insights within Salesforce.
· Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Apex, SOQL, and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Workato).
· Strong understanding of marketing attribution models, campaign tracking, and funnel analytics.
· Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and related CRM platforms.
· Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
· Preferred: Salesforce Administrator or Developer Certification, experience with B2B marketing operations, familiarity with other marketing analytics platforms and data visualization tools, knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
