About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Sales Outreach Specialist who is fluent in French to help expand our network in the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to brokers and property owners, building strong relationships, and positioning themselves as the investor’s representative to source direct off-market real estate deals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to real estate brokers and property owners in French-speaking regions.
• Introduce yourself as the investor and communicate interest in receiving exclusive off-market opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with brokers and owners.
• Qualify leads and gather essential property details for the investment team.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and conversations in the CRM system.
• Provide weekly reports on outreach performance and potential opportunities.

• Fluent in French (spoken and written); English proficiency is also required.

• Proven experience in sales outreach, cold calling, or real estate prospecting.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple contacts.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus but not mandatory.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
