Domes Resorts is a leading luxury hospitality group based in Greece with a significant sales presence in the DACH & BENELUX regions (Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg). We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join us as a freelancer based in Germany.

In this role, you will represent Domes Resorts in your market, working remotely while managing and growing key accounts in the luxury travel segment. At the core of this position is the meticulous customer account management, and substantial contribution to hotels, focusing on these markets.

Domes Resorts is seeking an experienced Sales Manager (freelance) based in Germany to manage and grow luxury travel accounts across the DACH & BENELUX regions – remote role with regular travel.

Some Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for key clients in the DACH & BENELUX regions
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts, with a focus on relationship-building and revenue growth
  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales calls, product trainings, and account reviews
  • Represent Domes Resorts at tradeshows, roadshows, curated events, and consortium meetings
  • Organize and accompany familiarization trips and site inspections
  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Brand teams to ensure optimal positioning
  • Track ROI for sales trips, events, and other commercial activities
  • Submit expense reports in line with agreed budgets

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hotel or travel sales (minimum 5 years), ideally in the DACH or BENELUX market
  • Strong network within luxury travel agencies, tour operators, and consortia
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and sales tools
  • Experience working with lead generation and hospitality reservation systems
  • Willingness to travel within the DACH & BENELUX regions regularly
  • Driving license preferred
