Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and organized Rental Enquiries Coordinator to manage all incoming enquiries for our rental properties. This role involves handling calls and emails from applicants, collecting essential information, arranging and scheduling property viewings, and ensuring smooth communication throughout the application process. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, highly responsive, and able to coordinate multiple applicants efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and respond to all rental enquiries via platforms such as Zoopla, OpenRent, and others.
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, providing clear information to prospective tenants.
- Pre-screen applicants by checking key details such as income, moving date, and suitability.
- Arrange and schedule property viewings, confirming times with both applicants and property managers.
- Twice weekly, plan full-day viewing routes using Google Maps to maximize efficiency.
- Follow up with applicants after viewings to gather feedback and references.
- Keep applicants updated throughout the process, ensuring a professional and smooth experience from first enquiry to application.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, viewings, and applicant feedback.
Requirements
- Previous experience in property rentals, lettings, or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (phone and email).
- Proficiency with online property platforms (Zoopla, OpenRent) preferred.
- Comfortable using Google Maps and basic scheduling tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple applicants at once.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset.
