Remote Solar Operations Specialist

A U.S.-based solar company is looking for an experienced Residential Solar Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position open to international candidates with relevant experience.

• Strong knowledge of permitting, interconnection, and general solar workflow in the U.S.
• Familiarity with solar equipment and industry standards
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage permitting and interconnection processes for residential solar projects
• Coordinate with U.S. utilities, local authorities, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations and industry best practices
• Support project managers in tracking and completing solar installations
