Remote Data Entry Clerk

LouisaRidge is currently seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our data management team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and updating large volumes of data into our system, ensuring that our records are current and reliable. You will play an essential role in maintaining the integrity of our data while collaborating with other departments to support various projects and initiatives. Responsibilities
- Input and update data into the company’s database with accuracy and efficiency.
- Verify and reconcile data by cross-referencing with source documents.
- Maintain data entry logs and track data status as necessary.
- Identify and correct data entry errors; report issues to management.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support team operations.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree or higher is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
- Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, along with data entry software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
