Recruitment Consultant – International Markets (UK Focus)

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for general roles across a range of industries
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and proactive outreach
• Screen, interview, and shortlist high-quality candidates for UK-based clients
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
• Provide consultative support to clients, advising on talent trends and recruitment strategy
• Prepare and present candidate profiles and coordinate interviews
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date record keeping using applicant tracking systems
• Meet recruitment targets and timelines in a high-volume, remote-first environment
• Stay informed about UK market trends and recruitment best practices

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in recruitment (agency or in-house)
• Proven experience recruiting for international or UK-based markets
• Comfortable working across a wide variety of generalist roles
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and achieve targets
• Tech-savvy, with experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools
• Must have a reliable laptop and stable internet connection
• Need to be available to start immediately
