We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment efforts across multiple industries. This role offers the autonomy to manage your own client relationships and candidate pipeline while leveraging advanced recruiting tools and support resources. You will handle all stages of the recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to negotiating client placements—while working remotely with flexible hours. The role is ideal for independent, self-driven recruiters who thrive in high-commission, performance-based environments and are eager to maximize earning potential through strategic full-cycle recruitment.

Accountabilities:

·         Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.

·         Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and negotiating contracts.

·         Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other digital tools to streamline recruitment processes.

·         Collaborate with other recruiters and internal teams to optimize deal closures and candidate placements.

·         Maintain accurate records of client and candidate interactions, commissions, and placements.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards throughout all recruitment activities.

Requirements

·         Proven experience as a full-cycle recruiter with success in client and candidate acquisition.

·         Strong understanding of recruiting strategies and applicant sourcing techniques.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·         Ability to operate independently, manage multiple priorities, and work remotely.

·         Must have reliable internet, a laptop, and an outbound phone line.

·         Familiarity with ATS platforms, preferably ZOHO Recruit or similar systems.

·         Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to run your own recruitment business autonomously.
