ReactJS Developer (India)

We are seeking a highly skilled ReactJS Developer to design, develop, and maintain cutting-edge progressive web applications. In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with international and local teams to deliver scalable, high-performance web solutions. You will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into functional features, optimizing code for speed and reliability, and contributing to all stages of the development lifecycle. This role requires a proactive problem solver with a passion for technology, quality code, and innovative solutions. Accountabilities:

·         Design and implement progressive web applications with ReactJS and related frameworks.

·         Ensure technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and implement user-facing features.

·         Maintain coding best practices, test-driven development, and high-quality standards.

·         Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve blockers and ensure timely delivery.

·         Own the full development cycle, from architecture and coding to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

·         Operate large-scale applications on cloud platforms such as AWS or Kubernetes.

·         Participate in internal knowledge sharing and tech academies.

·         4–8 years of experience in building web application user interfaces.

·         B.Tech/BE degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

·         Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS and Redux.

·         Experience with Agile methodologies, Git, test-driven development, and browser debugging.

·         Ability to write simple APIs using Express and knowledge of bundling tools.

·         Strong problem-solving skills, creativity, and a technology enthusiast mindset.

·         Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
