Python + Flask + AWS Development (India)

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and deployment of scalable web applications and cloud-based solutions using Python, Flask, and AWS services. You will work on complex, high-impact projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement features, optimize performance, and ensure reliability. The position involves both hands-on development and engagement with architecture discussions, providing a chance to influence the technical direction of key projects. This role blends remote work flexibility with periodic hybrid collaboration in major office locations, allowing you to balance focus-driven coding with team interaction. Ideal candidates are experienced in full lifecycle development, cloud deployments, and modern backend architectures.

Accountabilities:

·         Develop, maintain, and enhance Python-based web applications using Flask framework.

·         Design and implement cloud solutions leveraging AWS services for scalability and reliability.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

·         Optimize application performance, implement security best practices, and troubleshoot issues in production environments.

·         Contribute to architecture design, code reviews, and technical documentation.

·         Participate in deployment pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and DevOps practices.

·         Mentor junior developers and share best practices across the team.

·         6+ years of professional experience in Python development, preferably with Flask.

·         Hands-on experience with AWS services including compute, storage, database, and deployment solutions.

·         Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and web application architectures.

·         Familiarity with database design and optimization (SQL and NoSQL).

·         Experience with CI/CD, version control, and deployment automation.

·         Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a hybrid team environment.

·         Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-team coordination.
