Job Description
- Manage business inbox, responding promptly to tenant inquiries and maintenance requests.
- Use Buildium for billing, invoices, and property management tasks.
- Escalate urgent maintenance requests to contractors, prioritizing issues like leaks.
- Schedule viewings with prospective tenants for a smooth experience.
- Provide general administrative support to the property management team.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Buildium property management software (required).
- At least 2 years of experience in property management, real estate, or virtual assistance.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize under minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with property leasing, maintenance processes, and tenant-owner relations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
