Property Brochure & Research Specialist (Remote | Full-Time)

Job Overview:

RemoteVA PH is seeking a highly detail-oriented and creative Property Brochure & Research Specialist to support our client’s real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming basic property addresses into compelling, professional brochures that highlight building specifications, property features, and potential energy savings.

Key Responsibilities:

-Receive property addresses from the sales team via email.

-Use Google, Google Maps, and AI tools to research publicly available property data across the United States.

-Compile information such as:

-Building specifications

-Property details

-Energy savings projections (based on provided criteria)

-Design a professional, client-ready brochure with clear visuals, accurate specs, and compelling savings summaries.

-Ensure each brochure is polished, brand-consistent, and ready for client presentation.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in real estate research, property analysis, graphic design, or marketing materials creation.

-Strong proficiency in Google tools, Google Maps, and online research methods.

-Comfortable using AI platforms and following step-by-step processes for report generation.

-Proficient in design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign, or similar).

-Strong attention to detail and layout aesthetics.

-Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
