This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Project Manager, Synergy (Remote) in the United States.

As a Project Manager for Synergy, you will oversee the planning, execution, and deployment of integration projects across multiple locations, ensuring seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and track project timelines while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance. This role demands strategic thinking, strong technical project management skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You will identify opportunities to optimize project processes, mitigate risks, and improve speed to market. This position offers a high level of autonomy, remote work flexibility, and the chance to make a tangible impact on complex, global projects.

Accountabilities:

  • Manage subsidiary-based and global projects/programs within the scope of product development initiatives.
  • Develop project objectives, schedules, and plans by reviewing proposals, specifications, and consulting with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, resolve risks and obstacles, and ensure projects stay within approved scope.
  • Allocate resources, assign responsibilities, and coordinate with interdepartmental managers to align projects with strategic plans.
  • Communicate project, program, and portfolio status to management and stakeholders using applicable metrics and constraints.
  • Facilitate end-user training, site assessments, and support project implementation as needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project governance, design control processes, and overall efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Technical, Electrical, or Mechanical fields preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Formal project management training required.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional teams independently and make data-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of project life cycle execution, product maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools, preferably Workfront.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
  • Familiarity with Integrated Operating Room technologies, hospital protocols, PHI, and FDA guidelines is a plus.
