We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee large-scale new construction projects from inception through completion. In this role, you will manage project schedules, budgets, and resources while coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to lead projects ranging from high-rise residential developments to commercial and specialty construction, while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment that values safety, quality, and efficiency. Onsite presence is required, providing direct oversight of all construction activities and ensuring adherence to corporate standards and industry best practices.

Accountabilities:

·         Establish project objectives, policies, and performance standards in alignment with corporate guidelines.

·         Manage projects from estimating through turnover and close-out, including scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor coordination.

·         Maintain project financials, forecasting, and overall profitability while protecting company interests and sustaining client relationships.

·         Develop and maintain CPM schedules to ensure timely completion of projects.

·         Oversee the preparation and review of subcontract agreements, progress invoicing, and risk mitigation documentation.

·         Coordinate with teams on RFIs, submittals, PCO production, and other day-to-day project requirements.

·         Ensure timely project close-out and compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field, or equivalent experience.

·         5+ years of experience managing ground-up, large-scale high-rise residential projects.

·         Experience with office, government, hospitality, healthcare, retail, or multi-family projects is a plus.

·         Experience managing projects valued from $50M to $80M+.

·         Strong coordination, subcontractor management, budgeting, cost control, and scheduling skills.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Prolog, Primavera 6, Textura, Blue Beam, and AS-400 (JD Edwards).

·         LEED accreditation preferred.

·         Superior verbal and written communication skills.

·         Ability to perform moderate to heavy physical activity onsite, including walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and navigating construction environments safely.
