Project Manager Data & Systems (Remote - US)

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager specializing in Data and Systems to lead cross-functional initiatives within a global, fast-paced environment. This role involves coordinating complex IT and data separation projects, aligning with technical teams, and ensuring seamless execution across multiple business units and systems. The ideal candidate combines strong project management expertise with technical understanding of enterprise systems, demonstrating exceptional communication and organizational skills. This is a hybrid position requiring one to two days per week in the office.

Accountabilities:

·         Align project timelines with IT and data teams to ensure successful execution of system separation and integration plans.

·         Coordinate activities across milestones for each application, from defining requirements to user acceptance testing and final sign-off.

·         Manage dependencies between systems and synchronize deliverables according to overall project timing.

·         Track progress, manage stakeholder input, and provide regular reporting to senior management.

·         Collaborate with IT, data analysts, corporate teams, and external vendors across multiple regions, including the U.S. and Europe.

·         Oversee scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management to ensure delivery within time and budget constraints.

·         Lead documentation efforts, maintaining project plans, roadmaps, and testing documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

·         Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

·         5–10 years of experience in corporate systems management, coordination, or implementation.

·         Proven experience in managing complex IT or data spin-off projects, ideally within multinational environments.

·         Strong understanding of GSM processes and enterprise data systems.

·         Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills in multicultural and multi-timezone settings.

·         Proficiency in project management tools and documentation practices.

·         Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

·         Experience with the following technologies is a strong plus: Ivalua, SharePoint-based applications, Alteryx, SAP P2P Modules, and data integration through APIs or flat files.

·         Ability to work hybrid (1–2 days per week on-site).
