We are seeking an experienced Project Manager Consultant to drive strategy execution and transformation initiatives for a variety of clients. In this role, you will coordinate and oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. You will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and manage risks while supporting high-impact change initiatives. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in dynamic, remote-first environments and enjoys helping organizations implement measurable improvements. Accountabilities:

·         Manage day-to-day project activities across multiple client engagements, ensuring milestones, timelines, and deliverables are achieved.

·         Coordinate workstreams, scheduling, documentation, reporting, and meeting facilitation for client teams.

·         Support clients through all phases of strategy execution, including assessments, roadmaps, business cases, and MVP implementation.

·         Track action items, dependencies, and risks, escalating blockers promptly to ensure project visibility and continuity.

·         Maintain delivery consistency and quality using standard frameworks, tools, and templates.

·         Prepare client-facing documents, status reports, dashboards, and lessons learned summaries.

·         Contribute to continuous improvement of delivery processes and internal project management practices.

Requirements

·         5–8+ years of project or program management experience, ideally in consulting, transformation, or PMO environments.

·         Proven organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple engagements.

·         Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

·         Experience supporting business transformation, strategic initiatives, or PMO development.

·         Familiarity with both traditional and agile methodologies; proficiency with Microsoft 365, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.

·         PMP or other project management certification preferred.

·         Experience with specialized frameworks or systems for strategy delivery is a plus.

·         Collaborative, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
