We are seeking a dynamic Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-impact projects for major global clients. This role involves managing multiple programs from conception to completion, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and profitability. You will collaborate closely with commercial and production teams to develop strategies, optimize performance, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, client relationship management, and operational expertise to create efficient, quality-driven programs in a fast-paced, international environment.

Accountabilities:

·         Oversee the successful delivery of multiple client programs, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule targets.

·         Manage and mentor delivery teams, balancing workload, performance, and professional growth.

·         Drive program strategy in collaboration with commercial teams, from planning and execution to continuous improvement.

·         Develop and execute action plans for project delivery and client success.

·         Act as the primary contact for clients at the project level, ensuring high satisfaction and strategic alignment.

·         Support account growth by identifying opportunities to expand services and improve profitability.

·         Conduct program reviews, QBRs, and client meetings to track performance, address issues, and present insights.

·         Build and lead high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, and structured development plans.

·         Oversee program quality, ensuring adherence to ISO standards and internal procedures.

·         Partner with supply chain teams to resolve operational issues and support vendor management strategies.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in a related field.

·         5+ years of experience in a senior project or program management role, preferably within the language services or localization industry.

·         Proven track record of leading diverse teams through complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.

·         Demonstrated experience in client relationship management, performance reporting, and issue resolution.

·         Exceptional organizational, analytical, and leadership capabilities.

·         Ability to mentor, coach, and develop team members to achieve optimal performance.

·         Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
