This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of high-value, strategic accounts with end-to-end ownership and accountability. The Program Manager combines operational excellence, client relationship leadership, and commercial strategy to deliver exceptional outcomes across complex programs. You will lead cross-functional collaboration, resolve escalations, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. The role requires autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate ambiguity while delivering measurable business impact. By building strong, trust-based client relationships, you will enhance program performance and support organizational growth initiatives.
Accountabilities:
- Own 3–5 high-priority accounts, overseeing complex operational, reporting, and compliance requirements.
- Lead client engagements across onboarding, issue resolution, quarterly business reviews, custom reporting, and strategic alignment.
- Identify trends, surface insights, and guide customer strategy using internal tools and data dashboards.
- Partner with internal teams across Sales, Logistics, Operations, Service Delivery, and Finance to resolve issues and implement improvements.
- Manage escalations end-to-end, including documentation, corrective action planning, and customer communication.
- Identify and act on cross-sell and upsell opportunities to expand program value.
- Represent the organization professionally in all customer interactions and contribute to refining client success processes.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage high-complexity, high-stakes programs with minimal oversight.
- Knowledge of logistics, asset recovery, IT asset disposition workflows, or demonstrated ability to learn them quickly.
- Strong command of internal systems and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, SERP, PowerBI).
- Executive presence and strong communication skills to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Strategic thinker, able to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives without a predefined playbook.
- Demonstrated ability to identify revenue opportunities through program expansion and process improvement.
