The Program Director will lead complex, high-impact programs within a dynamic healthcare technology environment. You will oversee delivery teams, manage client relationships, and serve as the primary decision-maker for program execution. This role involves shaping strategic direction, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring programs meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives. You will mentor and manage staff, establish best practices, and proactively resolve issues while driving measurable outcomes. Accountabilities:
- Lead and manage program performance, including technical, contractual, administrative, and financial aspects.
- Coordinate activities across multiple efforts and cross-functional teams to ensure delivery success.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, advising on strategic vision and program direction.
- Oversee sub-contracting partners, contractual obligations, and program output quality.
- Monitor revenue, utilization, and profitability, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Identify program risks and implement timely mitigation strategies.
- Mentor and develop team members, including hiring, performance management, and PTO oversight.
- Resolve conflicts, negotiate agreements, and translate client vision into actionable outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience.
- 5+ years managing technology service delivery projects.
- 3+ years in Agile software development environments.
- 5+ years in a leadership role within client services organizations.
- Experience selling and delivering in a client services environment.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic program plans and identify growth opportunities.
- U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
