Production Architect Architect - Manila Phillipines - Remote

We are looking for a Production Architect to collaborate with our design-led studio in Dubai, UAE. This is a full-time role based in Manila, working closely with our Dubai team on high-end residential and boutique commercial projects.

The ideal candidate has strong technical and documentation skills, a deep understanding of construction detailing, and experience delivering design-driven projects. You will support the Dubai studio across all phases of design and production, contributing to both creative development and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate design concepts and schematic layouts into coordinated, detailed architectural drawings and technical documentation.
• Support project leads in developing full drawing packages, specifications, and schedules for tender and construction.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure accuracy and consistency across documentation sets.
• Review and redline drawings for precision, compliance, and constructability.
• Manage revisions, drawing registers, and document control using studio standards.
• Ensure all outputs meet the design intent and quality benchmarks established by the Dubai studio.
• Collaborate closely via digital platforms (Slack, Trello, BIM tools) for seamless communication and workflow alignment.
• Contribute ideas for improving documentation systems, drawing standards, and production efficiency.

• Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in architectural production or documentation roles.
• Proven ability to deliver working drawings for premium residential or commercial projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (SketchUp, Enscape, or D5 familiarity a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of building systems, materials, and local/international standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.
