Product Technology Architect (Remote - US)

In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-class IT solutions across multiple technology stacks, including network, storage, compute, security, cloud, and automation. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product directors, and stakeholders, to define scalable, secure, and innovative solutions for both single-tenant and multi-tenant environments. This position offers the opportunity to influence the strategic roadmap for technology products while solving complex technical challenges and ensuring seamless integration, reliability, and performance across the infrastructure. You will apply your hands-on expertise to deliver high-impact solutions in a dynamic, remote work environment.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the design, build, and implementation of new product technology solutions across multiple IT stacks.
• Conduct bakeoffs, proof-of-concepts, integration, and acceptance testing for new and existing products.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to select and integrate new technologies into the product portfolio.
• Maintain lab and pilot environments, including on-site infrastructure builds when required.
• Create detailed system design and operational documentation for internal and client use.
• Provide subject matter expertise in two or more technology areas and act as an escalation point for critical issues.
• Deliver high-quality internal and external customer service aligned with organizational values.

• 3+ years of experience in a technical architecture and design role, or 8+ years of relevant technical implementation experience.
• Proven ability to engage business and product stakeholders to define capabilities, architectural impacts, and multi-year product roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with automation, orchestration, and integration of complex service provider solutions.
• Expertise in one or more of the following technology stacks: Network (Spine/Leaf, SDN, F5, Cisco/Dell/Arista), Storage (Pure, Dell, SDS), Compute/Systems (Dell, HPE, Lenovo), Security (Next Gen Firewall, IDS/IPS, DDoS, compliance standards), Backup/DR (Commvault, Zerto), Cloud (AWS, Azure, Google, Private/Hybrid Cloud).
• Proficiency in automation and orchestration tools, including Python, Ansible, GitLab, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of virtualization across compute, storage, and network platforms.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
