We are seeking an experienced Product Specialist to drive the performance and adoption of engineered products across the US, Canadian, and Mexican markets. In this role, you will combine technical expertise in crushing, grinding, and screening systems with strategic sales and market development. You will collaborate closely with sales teams, customers, and suppliers to ensure products meet technical standards and market needs. This position offers a high level of autonomy, with a mix of remote work and extensive travel, allowing you to influence product lifecycle, strengthen customer relationships, and contribute directly to market growth.

Accountabilities:

·         Develop and implement sales strategies and market approaches for engineered screen media and liners.

·         Support sales representatives and channels in promoting product value propositions effectively.

·         Provide technical application knowledge and assistance to customers and sales networks.

·         Collaborate with partners and suppliers to ensure knowledge sharing, growth expectations, and strong relationships.

·         Participate in trade shows, industry events, and potential international exhibitions.

·         Manage travel and expenses while ensuring alignment with budget and market feedback.

·         Innovate and implement LEAN processes to enhance sales efficiency.

·         Assist marketing teams in creating customer-focused materials, events, and data insights.

Requirements

·         College degree in a relevant field.

·         5+ years of experience in product engineering, product management, customer engineering, or sales within the aggregate or mining industry.

·         Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, able to engage personnel at all levels.

·         Self-starter with a results-driven mindset.

·         Ability and willingness to travel 50-70% domestically and internationally.
