Product & Parts Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and tech-savvy Product & Parts Data Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing, organizing, and updating a large catalog of door hardware parts and accessories on our platform. You’ll work closely with diagrams, price books, and manuals to ensure each model and product is represented with accuracy and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

-Review and analyze price books and part manuals for multiple product series and models.

-Add and edit thousands of parts/products to our system across various brands.

-Create model pages with organized information: series, product types, and part lists.

-Link diagrams to models and connect parts accordingly.

-Accurately categorize each part by brand, product type, part type, and series/model.

-Organize parts into logical categories and subcategories for user-friendly navigation.

-Maintain and improve filtering systems for easier product identification.

-Collaborate and ask clarifying questions when instructions need more detail.
