Accountabilities:

  • Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, defining epics, features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product roadmaps and release plans.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Gather, review, and prioritize feedback from stakeholders to inform product improvements.
  • Analyze data to guide product strategy, decision-making, and roadmap refinement.
  • Balance business priorities with technical constraints while ensuring quality and usability.
  • Oversee creation and maintenance of user and technical documentation and support materials for internal and customer-facing teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in product or project development.
  • Experience managing projects involving customer-facing web technologies, APIs, mobile-first design, and third-party integrations.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across multiple teams including Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively translate technical concepts for business audiences.
  • Strong understanding of internet technologies and web-based software development.
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, and Confluence.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Nice-to-have: SQL and data analysis skills, experience with e-commerce or large-scale data aggregation, taxonomy design, web development technologies (Git, AWS, Ruby on Rails, React), and UI/UX design skills.
