This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of enterprise tools, ensuring they effectively support business objectives and drive operational efficiency. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across technical and business teams, translating requirements into actionable tool enhancements, integrations, and process improvements. The ideal candidate will proactively monitor tool performance, optimize workflows, and support adoption across the organization. You will also manage vendor relationships, ensure compliance and security standards, and maintain a strategic roadmap for enterprise tool development. This position is remote, but candidates must be based in Texas or California.

Accountabilities:

·         Serve as the Product Owner for enterprise tools, defining, maintaining, and prioritizing the product backlog.

·         Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into tool enhancements, integrations, and optimizations.

·         Oversee the configuration, implementation, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems.

·         Monitor tool performance, adoption, and usage, providing training and support as needed.

·         Maintain strategic tool roadmaps aligned with business goals and objectives.

·         Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management, licensing, and vendor updates.

·         Ensure enterprise tools meet security, compliance, and performance standards.

Requirements

·         5+ years of professional experience in product ownership, enterprise tool management, or a related role.

·         Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written.

·         Proven experience with enterprise tools such as CRM, ERP, collaboration platforms, or data visualization software.

·         Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

·         Ability to analyze business processes and recommend technical solutions.

·         Excellent stakeholder management, prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

·         Familiarity with API integrations, workflow automation, and system architecture.

·         Experience working effectively in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
