This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven Product Manager to play a key role in shaping a global payment platform that supports thousands of businesses. You will define and drive the evolution of embedded payments, ensuring scalability, innovation, and seamless integration for SaaS partners and merchants. Working with diverse teams across product, engineering, and strategy, you’ll transform customer insights into impactful features and help guide the long-term roadmap for a next-generation payment ecosystem. This role combines business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership to deliver products that redefine how businesses manage payments at scale.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the global payment processing platform, with a focus on the US market.
  • Partner with architects, engineers, and commercial teams to deliver innovative, high-performance payment solutions.
  • Lead product discovery and define clear success metrics based on data, customer insights, and market research.
  • Manage cross-functional delivery through agile product development cycles, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
  • Establish KPIs to monitor product performance and guide continuous improvement efforts.
  • Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on priorities and communication across stakeholders.
  • Support embedded payments strategy for Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and SaaS partners integrating commerce functionality.
  • Ensure compliance and operational excellence across billing, reconciliation, settlement, and network regulations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager within financial services, payments, or fintech.
  • Proven record of building and scaling payment or billing products from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of merchant acquiring, payment processing, and embedded payments ecosystems.
  • Strategic thinker with experience crafting outcome-driven roadmaps and translating data into business decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial compliance, settlement, and card network standards is a plus.
